1. The free plan
Cehpoint for Firms is usable free, with limits on how much you hold rather than which features you get. Every tool — the AI drafting, document review, the compliance calendar, the books, the GST working paper — is included on the free plan. What is capped is volume: a number of clients, matters and documents, and a number of AI runs each month. The current limits are shown in your account at all times, not discovered when they stop you.
Caps apply only when you add something. Editing, exporting and deleting what you already have is never restricted, and nothing you have created is removed or hidden because a subscription lapsed.
2. Paid plans
- Law firms and accounting practices — ₹1,000 per month, inclusive of GST.
- Businesses — ₹2,000 per month, inclusive of GST.
- Being matched with a lawyer or chartered accountant — ₹100 per request. We match you within 24 hours.
Prices are quoted inclusive of GST, so the figure you see is the figure you pay. A tax invoice is issued for every payment.
3. How the credit wallet works
Subscriptions and per-use charges are paid from your Cehpoint credit wallet. One credit is one rupee. You can top the wallet up at any time, and every debit appears in the ledger with what it was for.
Credit buys Cehpoint services and nothing else. It cannot be withdrawn as cash, transferred to another account, or paid to a third party. Free or promotional credit can never become money. See the Anti-Money Laundering Policy for why.
4. Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions are monthly and are not auto-renewed against a saved card. You renew when you choose to, and renewing extends your current period rather than replacing it — paying early never costs you days.
To cancel, simply do not renew. Nothing is deleted: your account reverts to the free plan and everything you have created stays where it is, within the free limits for adding new items.
5. If we change a price
We will tell you before a change affects you, and a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
6. Usage-based services
Some services are metered rather than subscribed — searches, message sends, per-day API access. Where that applies, the price and any daily fair-use ceiling are shown before you spend anything, and every charge appears in your wallet ledger. Where a request fails on our side, you are not charged for it.
