How much does a consultation cost?
₹1,000 plus 18% GST, so ₹1,180 in total. If you only have a quick question, a chat with an expert costs ₹100 plus GST.
Who will I talk to?
A senior Cehpoint engineer who works in the area you chose, not a salesperson and not a chatbot.
How do I book a time?
Choose a day and a time window while booking. We call or email to confirm the exact time, usually within one working day of your payment.
What if the time I picked does not work?
We will offer the nearest time that suits you. If we cannot find one, contact us and we will sort it out.
Is this a sales call in disguise?
No. You are paying for advice. We tell you what we would do even if it does not involve hiring Cehpoint.
