Key Responsibilities & Production Deliverables
- Draft and review Master Service Agreements (MSAs), NDAs, and Vendor Contracts.
- Assist in auditing corporate compliance with India's DPDP Act 2023 guidelines.
- Conduct legal research on emerging AI regulation, intellectual property, and cyber liabilities.
- Maintain organized digital contract repositories and compliance checklists.
Mandatory Foundational Knowledge
- Solid grounding in Indian Contract Act, Information Technology Act 2000, and DPDP Act 2023.
- Familiarity with standard technology contract structures and liability clauses.
Mandatory Practical Skills & Architecture
- Rigorous legal research and precise contract drafting abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and confidential data handling.

- Keen interest in the intersection of law, emerging AI technologies, and cybersecurity.

Compensation, Total Rewards & Advancement
