Role Overview & Operational Scope
Join our product pod to develop high-performance web applications that bridge AI models with clean, intuitive user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities & Production Deliverables
- Develop responsive web pages and reusable UI components with semantic HTML and modern CSS.
- Integrate backend REST endpoints and handle real-time UI state updates.
- Optimize page loading performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Write clean, maintainable code adhering to our strict design standards.
Mandatory Foundational Knowledge
- Solid command of JavaScript (ES6+), DOM manipulation, and asynchronous programming.
- Strong CSS skills including Flexbox, CSS Grid, and responsive media queries.
Mandatory Practical Skills & Architecture
- Experience building projects with Node.js and modern frontend tooling.
- Basic SQL querying knowledge.
Problem Solving, Execution Rigor & Curiosity
- Attention to visual detail, smooth micro-interactions, and user experience excellence.
5-day live technical evaluation milestone
5-Day UI Development Milestone: Build a responsive dashboard component with mock data and interactive state (strictly 5 working days). Leads immediately to official offer letter issuance.
Institutional hiring protocol: candidates who clear resume screening take a live practical milestone of strictly 5 working days. Verifiable completion and code audit by your assigned engineering mentor is the sole prerequisite for the official offer letter.
Compensation, Total Rewards & Advancement
- Monthly stipend ₹10,000–₹18,000 + PPO opportunity + official internship certificate.
