Role Overview & Operational Scope
Work with our design lead to craft stunning visuals, seamless user flows, and cohesive design systems that elevate our enterprise products.
Key Responsibilities & Production Deliverables
- Design responsive web and mobile interfaces using Figma.
- Create cohesive design tokens, typography scales, and component libraries.
- Translate complex technical workflows into simple, delightful user journeys.
- Produce high-fidelity prototypes for client presentations.
Mandatory Foundational Knowledge
- Foundational principles of visual hierarchy, typography, contrast, and color theory.
- Understanding of modern SaaS aesthetics, dark modes, and micro-interactions.
Mandatory Practical Skills & Architecture
- Proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, variants, interactive prototypes).
- Strong portfolio of personal or freelance UI design work.
Problem Solving, Execution Rigor & Curiosity

Compensation, Total Rewards & Advancement
